I am not sure if the books are better but the series is different then I have seen before. Not a believer in things like that but it poses something more endearing.

When Bill mentions that its magic that keeps him and her alive frankly is it magic? or is it our conscience co existing with others factors. If such a world did exist it is not strange but more unique. Just try trueblood in NY it would be a better scene lol

In Haitian Vodou and Yoruba mythology, Ogun (or Ogoun, Ogun, Ogou) is a loa and orisha, who presides over fire, iron, hunting, politics and war. He is the patron of smiths and is usually displayed with his attributes: machete or sabre, rum and tobacco. He is one of the husbands of Erzulie and is a husband of Osun and Oya in Yoruba mythology.



Ogun is the traditional warrior and seen as a powerful deity of metal work, similar to Ares and Hephaestus in Greek mythology and Visvakarma in Hindu mythology, he is represented with Saint George in Brazil. As such Ogun is mighty, powerful, triumphal, yet also exhibits the rage and destructiveness of the warrior whose strength and violence can turn against the community he serves. Perhaps linked to this theme is the new face he has taken on in Haiti which is not quite related to his African roots, that of a powerful political leader.[1]



He gives strength through prophecy and magic. It is Ogun who is said to have planted the idea, led and given power to the slaves for the Haitian Revolution of 1804. He is called now to help people obtain a government more responsive to their needs.

weird dream last night



saw twice now the same dream and it was of a vortex of gods of really old waking up and making the ones who are loved by them empowered the ones that are not attacking them and making them wow bad.

the three men whom opened this vortex sung it open and then got eaten then the one who wanted it open did too.

It was like all the old gods were free and started to roam.

Well my actually IFA teacher is a blankie for leaving his wife and child for another woman and children. So on top of that he actually had the balls to leave his best friend stranded and well Rick is a teacher too. When he heard my halo was Ogun he looked at me and said you are rare for ogun does not pick just anyone.

He saw my wings and noticed I was some kind of vampire he had never seen before but knew I was good . He even said she walks with arch angels around her what is she really? Looking at Ibis she smiled and said I really dont know but she is beautiful isnt she?

interesting none the less have a better teacher who has worked it for 30 years so he sees things and knows things without saying a word lol
